EkaScribe is an AI-powered medical scribe that records doctor–patient conversations and automatically generates summaries, clinical notes, and custom structured notes with clinical-grade accuracy.

How to subscribe to EkaScribe.ai?

Subscription can be completed directly on the EkaScribe.ai website by selecting a suitable plan and completing the payment process.

What payment methods do you accept?

EkaScribe currently accepts payments via credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What happens if a payment fails?

Payment failures can occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or restrictions from the bank. Alternative payment methods can be used, or support can be contacted for assistance.

How can a refund be requested?

Refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of payment. Transaction details and the reason for the refund must be provided. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Can the plan be upgraded or downgraded?

Plans can be changed anytime from the account dashboard, and billing will adjust automatically as per the new plan.

Is patient data secure?

Yes. EkaScribe is built with the highest standards of security and privacy, adhering to HIPAA and ISO guidelines. All audio and text data is fully encrypted both in transit and at rest to ensure complete protection.

Who has access to recordings or clinical notes?

Access is restricted only to authorized account holders or added team members. EkaScribe.ai personnel have no access to patient or clinical data.

Where is the data stored?

Data is hosted on secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud servers located in India, following strict privacy and protection standards.

Can stored data be deleted permanently?

Yes. Data can be deleted permanently from the system upon account deletion. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Which languages are supported?

How does EMR integration work?

Our Chrome extension enables one-click insertion of AI-generated notes into any web-based EMR system. For offline EMR systems, you can easily copy the structured text to your clipboard and paste it directly.

Are there limits on consultations?

In the Free plan, there is a limit of 5 consultations per day. In the Pro plan, there are no limits on the number of consultations you can use EkaScribe for. To prevent misuse, we have certain safeguards in place, but these never affect genuine doctors or real clinical usage.

Is the Pro plan for a single doctor or multiple doctors?

The Pro plan is intended for individual doctors. If you need licenses for multiple doctors, please reach out to our team through the Contact Us option on the pricing page, and we'll be happy to assist.
